ACHIEVEMENT OF STAFF : FACULTY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

Gokul Biju has successfully participated in a six-day International Faculty Development Program (FDP) on "Innovation, IP Management & Industry Connect".

The prestigious program was organized by the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Development Cell of St. Thomas College of Engineering and Technology, Chengannur, in association with Kerala Startup Mission (KSUM), Innovators' Premier League (IPL), and Institution’s Innovation Council (Ministry of HRD Initiative).

The FDP aimed to enhance faculty expertise in intellectual property (IP) management, innovation strategies, and industry collaboration, equipping participants with the necessary knowledge to foster innovation and entrepreneurial thinking among students.By completing this program, Gokul Biju has demonstrated a commitment to advancing educational and research capabilities in innovation-driven fields, strengthening the bridge between academia and industry.
